Really good Service and Amazing Views

The spacious balcony of MY room faced the pool and the sea. The building was normal for a hotel of this category and it was super clean. The pool was great, and there were animations for entertainment. I found the food at the dinner buffet very complete.

I noticed slight signs of wear in some areas, but nothing that significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The room included a king bed with soft linens and four pillows. A mini-fridge was available and it stored beverages. The bathroom featured a separate rainfall shower, and towels were changed daily.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. Fresh fruit included pineapple, mango, and papaya. The main restaurant provided both indoor and outdoor seating areas .

Staff were very attentive. Front desk personnel offered quick check-in and check-out. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided on a regular basis.

The breakfast had a huge variety of options. The swimming pool was fantastic. I watched the sunset from there. The staff members were always helpful.

The room had a large balcony facing the pool and the sea. The staff was lovely and professional. The pool was GREAT, and there were animations.

Room 2516 was hot when we came in, and the a/c did not work properly. I was told that drinks other than water added to the bill at Tradewinds during the seafood night buffet. The lobby was super hot AS it is an open environment.

The room's air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Despite adjustments, the room remained WARM. The seafood buffet at Tradewinds was disappointing. Only water was included with the overpriced meal. Additional drinks cost extra.
